Traffic congestion on Weston Point Expressway after accident

A WOMAN has been taken to Whiston Hospital after a crash in Runcorn.
The accident happened on the Weston Point Expressway at 11.35am this morning.
She was injured in a collision between a car and a lorry.
The road is still congested. Drivers are advised to avoid the area if possible.
