THE Widnes schoolboy who died after plunging off the Silver Jubilee bridge has been formally named.
The body of Lewis Millward, aged 14, also known as Lewis Edge, was found near the riverbank in West Bank yesterday morning.
A post mortem held yesterday confirmed he died from multiple injuries consistent with a fall.
A Cheshire Police spokesman said: “There is no evidence to suggest any third party involvement and the death is not being treated as suspicious.”
A file is being prepared for the coroner.
An inquest will be held in due course.
