Fundraising event in aid of cancer charities (From Runcorn and Widnes World)

Coffee morning and hot pot lunch at Trinity Methodist Church in Widnes

A CHARITY coffee morning is being held on Saturday, February 25, at 10.30am in Trinity Methodist Church, Peelhouse Lane, Widnes.

Homemade hot pot and a dessert will be served at lunchtime.

Admission is free.

Attractions will include a bring and buy, tombola and raffle.

Proceeds will be shared between Macmillan Cancer Care and the Widnes and Runcorn Cancer Support Centre, which is raising funds for a replacement respite caravan to give cancer patients and their families a break.
