CHESHIRE police has been experiencing some problems with its non-emergency number 0845 458 0000, today.
Some members of the public have reported having to call a number of times before the line would connect.
A Cheshire Police spokesman, said: "We are working hard to rectify this problem."
In the meantime, an alternative non-emergency number 01244 350000 is available should you experience problems.
