Firefighters gain entry to property in Runcorn to tackle kitchen fire
FIREFIGHTERS gained entry into a property following reports of a fire in Runcorn.
Crews attended the incident on High Street at around 11.10am this morning, Thursday.
They were called to an alarm sounding and gained entry to the property.
Wearing breathing apparatus, they dampened down a small fire in the kitchen area.
Two fire engines attended, one from Widnes, and one from Runcorn.
