Today I have completed 36 Years in the Ambulance Service, I have spent my whole career and life outside the Ambulance Service trying to make a difference. Within the Ambulance Service I have written books and National Guidelines which have become Gold standards. Outside the Ambulance Service, I have organised Charity events to support many good causes and now as a Rotarian I continue that work. I still singlehandedly run the Don't Walk Away Campaign, plus Don't Die of Indgestion (Heart attack) Campaigns and now I am supporting the Halton Heartstart initative which is being run by the Halton First Responders with the British Heart Foundation, the first event will take place this Saturday morning to sign up and learn how to save a Life, visit the Halton FR website or contact Halton Council Direct Offices and together we can make Halton a safer place to live and work.
