PLANS are seeking to extend a commercial block comprising of three shops in Garswood.
Proposals are for a first-floor extension to an existing single-storey commercial block to form three flats; new shop fronts; a ramp to the front and a ground floor rear porch at the premises on 28-30 Hamilton Road, Garswood.
Plans are on consultation until October 5.
