Crews tackle fire at St Michael's Jubilee Golf Club on Dundalk Road in Widnes
CREWS tackled a fire at a golf club.
Firefighters were called to reports of a fire in the open at St Michael's Jubilee golf course on Dundalk Road shortly after 10pm last night.
On arrival the crew discovered that the fire involved rubbish.
Firefighters extinguished the refuse fire with a hose reel jet and were at the scene for around an hour.
