TWO Widnes men have been charged following yesterday morning's police raids targeting alleged drugs and gun crime.

Warrants were executed at Widnes addresses as part of the operation along with properties in and around Liverpool in areas including Speke, Wavertree, Garston, Litherland, Kirkby, Dovecot, Hunts Cross and Wallasey, and also in Nottingham.

Callum Burrows, 21, of Hough Green Road, Widnes, has been charged with conspiracy to supply Class A controlled drugs (heroin); conspiracy to transfer firearms; conspiracy to possess ammunition without a certificate; conspiracy to supply Class A controlled drugs (cocaine) and conspiracy to supply Class B controlled drugs (cannabis).

Meanwhile, Jake Burrows, 23, of Brandon, Widnes, charged with conspiracy to supply Class A controlled drugs (heroin); conspiracy to transfer firearms; conspiracy to possess ammunition without a certificate; conspiracy to supply Class A Controlled drugs (cocaine) and conspiracy to supply Class B controlled drugs (cannabis).

In total 14 people have been charged with offences.

The others charged are:

  • Kevin Marlow, 19, of Alderwood Avenue, Speke, charged with conspiracy to supply Class A controlled drugs (heroin); conspiracy to supply Class A controlled drugs (cocaine) and conspiracy to supply Class B controlled drugs Class (cannabis).
  • Kevin Morgan, 57, of Westdale Road, Wavertree, charged with conspiracy to supply Class A controlled drugs (heroin); conspiracy to transfer firearms and conspiracy to possess ammunition without a certificate.
  • Joanne Ritchie, 46, of Westdale Road, Wavertree, charged with conspiracy to supply Class A controlled drugs (heroin); conspiracy to transfer firearms and conspiracy to possess ammunition without a certificate.
  • Anthony Tierney, 31, of Beechwood Gardens, Aigburth, charged with conspiracy to transfer firearms and conspiracy to possess ammunition without a certificate.
  • Lee Price, 36, of Lily Road, Litherland, charged with conspiracy to transfer firearms and conspiracy to possess ammunition without a certificate; conspiracy to supply Class A drugs controlled drugs (cocaine) and conspiracy to supply Class B controlled drugs (cannabis).
  • William Troake, 20, of Wood Road, Halewood, charged with conspiracy to supply Class B controlled drugs (cannabis).
  • Paul O’Neill, 56, 4 Densford Road, Dovecot, charged with conspiracy to supply Class A controlled drugs (cocaine).
  • Thomas Mousley, 38, of Priorsfield Road, Woolton, charged with conspiracy to transfer firearms and conspiracy to possess ammunition without a certificate.
  • Dillon Walsh, 20, formerly of Litherland, charged with conspiracy to transfer firearms.
  • Connor Courtney, 23, formerly of Toxteth, charged with conspiracy to transfer firearms.
  • Paul Gregory, 27, of Walesby Drive, Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottingham, has been charged with conspiracy to transfer firearms and conspiracy to possess ammunition without a certificate.
  • Jermaine Bryan, 33, of Melford Road, Broxtowe, Nottingham, has been charged with conspiracy to transfer firearms and conspiracy to possess ammunition without a certificate.

Twelve of the men, including the Widnes men will appear at Wirral Magistrates' Court today (Friday, May 4).

Meanwhile, Gregory and Bryan will appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court today.
