TWO DJs are continuing to support Halton Haven with their unique dance music events.

Simon Maddock and Andy Kemp have raised more than £4,300 for the hospice from a series of Old Skool nights.

They hope their fourth evening on Saturday, May 19 at Runcorn's Heath Business Park will boost funds for the charity by a further £1,500.

With music from Ste McGee, Andy Carroll and a host of other DJ’s, excitement and anticipation for the night has been gathering.

The nights have proved hugely popular with a wide range of music fans.

Established DJs from across the north west turn out on the night to play a range of dance hits from the last few decades, creating an electric atmosphere and one of the liveliest party nights of the year.

The first Old Skool Haven event was held in November 2016 and was so popular, two more events were organised.

Simon and Andy are keen to stress that they could not have done it alone.

The pair said: “It’s not just us raising this money. The Old Skool Haven nights are a success because of the people who support them, whether it’s the venue, the charity, the Ds, the guests and everyone else involved.

“The team at the Heath Business Park, in particular Anthony Stonebanks, have been hugely important in the success of these nights. We want to thank them for hosting the event.”

Tickets priced £10 are now available for the night which runs from 4pm to 2am.
