A RUNCORN man is due in court today accused of aggravated vehicle taking and causing injury in a road accident with cannabis in his system.
Antony McGill, 24, of Bridgeway East, Runcorn is due before Liverpool Magistrates' Court today (Wednesday).
He is charged with taking a Suzuki Swift in Liverpool on September 22, 2017 and causing an accident in which a woman was injured.
McGill is also accused of driving the car with Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, a component of cannabis in his system.
He is also charged with driving without third-party insurance and without a licence.
