Police arrest man after drugs raid on Albert Road
POLICE officers carried out a drug raid in Widnes this morning.
Officers from Widnes Local Policing Unit arrested a man after executing drugs warrants in the Halton View area.
The man, age 38, was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs following a warrant on Albert Road.
A 44-year-old man was also issued with a street caution.
The 38-year-old remains in police custody and is currently helping officers with their enquiries.
