A RUNCORN woman who made the lives of neighbours a misery has been handed a Criminal Behaviour Order.
Susan Graham, 62, of Trenance Close was handed a Criminal Behaviour Order at North Cheshire Magistrates court on Wednesday, February 27.
The order will run indefinitely and means she is not allowed to drive or park on anyone’s property, driveway or land in Trenance Close.
Graham is also ordered not to place items on another person’s land, property or driveway including in bins, plant pots and garden ornaments.
In addition to this she is prevented from photographing or filming anyone or vehicle that isn’t connected to her family or acting in a way that’s likely to cause alarm, distress or harassment to anyone in Trenance Close and is not allowed to incite anyone else to do this.
Sergeant Chris Maddocks said: “Susan has caused misery in the Close for a number of years making lives difficult for those affected. The conditions placed on Susan mean that if she breaks them she faces time in prison.
“I hope this sends a strong message that we will not tolerate this kind of behaviour or bullying and intimidation in our town and continue to work closely with our partners to take robust action against those who persistently cause a misery in our community."
