FREE sessions on diabetes are being held for patients registered with a GP in Runcorn or Widnes.
A NHS dietitian who is an expert on food and health will provide information about type 2 diabetes, the effect of high blood sugar on the body and how to manage the condition.
Sessions lasting two and a half hours are held at Kingsway Learning Centre and Hough Green Health Park in Widnes and at Castlefields Health Centre and the Old Police Station on Mersey Road in Runcorn.
People can bring a family member or friend and if anyone needs more support after the session, further contacts will be available.
To book call 01244 365234 or e-mail diabetes.essentials@nhs.net to find out more.
