Widnes Vikings player Hep Cahill will join Charly Runciman to switch on the Christmas lights
WIDNES Vikings players Hep Cahill and Charly Runciman will join Father Christmas to switch on the Christmas lights.
The Vikings mascot will roam round Albert Road and Widnes Road as the festive season is launched at 6pm on Friday.
The Liza B roadshow, Martin Scott-Price Punch and Judy and Circus Zaparelli will be providing live entertainment from 3pm.
Fairground rides, music, games and giveaways promise plenty of family fun.
The Frozen Girls will perform on stage at 5pm and look forward to meeting and greeting people.
