AN Hawaiian celebration attracted more than 120 people at Upton Children’s Centre in Widnes.
A carnival atmosphere was created at the event, called Aloha Upton, as children and parents dressed up in tropical outfits.
Youngsters enjoyed craft activities and wore colourful leis.
Hawaiian themed music and food made it a memorable day.
Families praised Halton Council staff for organising such a fun event.
One mum said: “It was a wonderful family experience with perfect activities for the children.”
Another dad added: “Children enjoyed the craft activities especially the sunhats and fruit kebabs.”
A child wrote: “Today is the coolest day.”
