A WOMAN had to be cut free from her car by firefighters following a crash.
Emergency services were called to Boston Avenue in Runcorn at around 4.30pm on Saturday after reports of a collision involving two vehicles.
Firefighters from Runcorn Fire Station used special equipment to take the roof off a woman's car and get her to safety.
An ambulance was also at the scene and paramedics then helped the woman.
Luckily no other casualties were reported.
