POLICE are investigating a suspected arson attack on an industrial bin in Runcorn this morning.
Fire crews were called to Richard Close at 3.45am.
An appeal for information has been issued by detectives.

Firefighters also tackled two blazes in Runcorn and Widnes yesterday, Saturday.
Fire crews were called to Birchfield Road in Widnes at 8.20pm to extinguish a grass fire.
More than an hour later at 9.40pm, firefighters were deployed to Cotterill in Runcorn to deal with a bush fire.
