A LITTLE girl randomly decided to say goodbye to her long locks to help children with cancer.
Lotty Hendry, four, donated her hair to the Little Princess Trust which makes wigs for youngsters who lose their hair through chemotherapy.
Her mum Becky, of Liskeard Close, Brookvale, said: “Whilst I was washing her hair she said: ‘Mummy, I want to have my hair cut to make a little girl smile’.
“I was quite taken back by what she said as I have no idea it came from.”
Hairdresser Becky said all the colleagues in her salon in Palacefields were overwhelmed by Lotty’s gift.
“I’m so proud that my four-year-old would want to help other little girls,” she said.
