A COURAGEOUS mum who lost her battle with cancer has been described by her family as ‘beautiful, kind and caring’.

Mum-of-two Louise Winstanley, 29, was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia Philadelphia in December and died on Sunday, leaving fiance Peter and two young children.

Colleagues at travel company Lime World in Runcorn, where she worked in the customer service team, described Louise from Liverpool as ‘our glam Scouse girl’ and vowed to treasure memories of her fun and laughter.

Her sister-in-law Alexis and family have been overwhelmed by the generosity of wellwishers.

In just two days, a GoFundMe page has raised more than £4,000 to set up a trust fund for Louise’s baby daughter Harlow Rose and son Jaxon.

Alexis said: “Louise will be forever in our hearts. We will see her always in her children as they grow up and make her so proud.

“She overcame so many obstacles on her journey making us so proud of her strength and determination to beat this cruel disease.

“She gave birth to her beautiful baby girl Harlow Rose and showed courage and strength for her son Jaxon alongside Peter and her family.

“We want her memory to live on and it will through her children.”

Colleagues at Lime World paid tribute saying: “Her sparkling smile never failed to keep the office in high spirits delivering an infectious outbreak of laughter among her colleagues daily.

“During this time we are reminded how precious life and friendships are and take Louise’s lead and remember to make each other laugh.

“Those of us closest to Louise have a multitude of memories to find comfort in but all agree that our days will be duller without her to make new ones.”

The company sends its sincerest sympathies and support to Louise’s family.

Linda Doran posted: “My heart aches so much for my nephew Peter and his babies and also for Lou’s family. She was a lovely young lady that went through so much.”
