A CHARITY is looking for volunteers to help Cheshire’s blind people.
British Wireless for the Blind Fund (BWBF) is looking for someone who can work from home.
The charity provides specially adapted audio equipment for free to visually impaired people and they need someone to get in touch with people who use the service in the county.
The role involves making phone calls to check that blind people are managing with the equipment.
Support and training is provided.
Out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed.
The role is flexible but volunteers are asked to spend between two and four hours a week.
For further information call 07540 724063 or e-mail sophie@blind.org.uk.
