Police helicopter deployed to Runcorn in search for wanted man
THE police helicopter was deployed to Runcorn yesterday, Sunday, following an investigation into a serious assault.
The wanted man was later traced by officers with the assistance of the helicopter.
He was arrested and taken into custody to be questioned.
Officers were also out on foot patrol in Halton Brook yesterday, Sunday, following recent incidents involving anti-social behaviour.
Dispersal orders remain in place.
