A WIDNES junior rugby team is sporting a new look, thanks to Runcorn chemical manufacturer Inovyn.
West Bank Bears under 10s received £500 to help fund new kits.
Team coach John Stankevitch said: “We have a very talented group of young player.
“Not only are they talented in terms of their rugby league abilities, they are a fantastic bunch of great personalities who use rugby league to make friends and get fit and strong.”
The team has grown since it was formed in 2013 and now has 20 players.
They compete in the North West Counties Juniors League.
So far this season they have win all five of their games.
Janet Ward, Inovyn’s UK communications manager, said: “We are thrilled to have been able to help the West Bank Bears with their smart new kit.
“We are always happy to be able to help good causes in the community and sponsorship is particularly important to us as it is a great way of building relationships with both adults and children who are right on our doorstep.”
