Halton Mayor and Mayoress Cllr Ged Philbin and Ros Wong are hosting an Easter bingo for the Mayor's charities
AN Easter bingo is being hosted by the Mayor of Halton.
Cllr Ged Philbin is raising money for his two charities, Child Bereavement UK and the Let’s Go Stroke Club.
The event takes place on Wednesday, April 12, at 7.30pm in the Select Security Stadium in Widnes.
An appeal is being made for items that could be used as prizes such as Easter eggs, chocolates, biscuits, sweets or any unwanted gifts.
Items can be dropped off at the Municipal Building on Kingswa, Widnes for the attention of Kay Sparks or at Runcorn Town Hall where John Whittaker will look after them.
Admission is 50p which includes a free raffle ticket.
