AN INDUSTRIAL biomass boiler housing unit and wood chip store has been built for logistics giant Stobart in Widnes.

Graham Heath Construction says it is one of their biggest projects to date.

The project forms part of Stobarts’ continued commitment to improving its carbon footprint, rolling out energy efficient projects for its group buildings throughout the UK.

Founder of Graham Heath Construction Graham Heath, said: “This was an extremely exciting project for us as we fought off some stiff competition to win the contract and we are extremely proud of the results.

“The buildings look fantastic and as a result, we have been asked to quote for more projects.

“Hopefully this is the start of a great working relationship.”

With an ongoing demand for high quality builds throughout their business and with sites the length and breadth of the UK, it is vital that the Stobart Group works with suppliers that they can trust.

George Smith, Stobarts contracts manager, said: “The team at Graham Heath Construction have done a fantastic job and we are more than happy with the finished project.”
