That was the conclusion on BBC Radio 4 show Hold the Front Page at the weekend as they picked their way through headlines from local newspapers.
Runcorn and Widnes World headline 'Who is to blame for danger?' was the target for some ribbing on the programme hosted by Sue Perkins.
The headline had been used on a letter on our website in 2014 following a crash in Widnes.
Phil Ellis from the show was sent out to ask residents in Widnes and Runcorn, who was to blame for danger?
The Runcorn and Widnes World section runs from 10.45 of the programme.
