Woman treated for smoke inhalation after Runcorn house fire
FIREFIGHTERS were called to a kitchen blaze at a house on Caernarvon Close in Runcorn.
The alarm was raised at 12.25am yesterday, Sunday, with crews using a hose reel jet and a large fan to deal with the incident.
A Cheshire Fire spokesman added: "A woman was treated at the scene with oxygen for slight smoke inhalation but did not require any further treatment.
"Crews were in attendance for 50 minutes at the incident."
