A WIDNES man has appeared in court charged with possessing an imitation firearm in the town.
Jack Alexander Fenney, 21, was arrested on Tuesday following an incident on Widnes Road and appeared at Halton Magistrates' Court on Wednesday charged with three offences.
Fenney, of Green Oaks Path, Widnes, was charged with affray, possession with intent to supply class B drugs and possession of an imitation firearm with intent.
He was remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Crown Court on September 22.
