A RUNCORN firm has won a prestigious accolade.
Construction company EBL Group has been recognised as a licensed contractor by roofing specialist Firestone Building Products.
The award comes as EBL Group’s roofing division goes from strength to strength with a full order book for roofing work.
The firm now joins a national network of expert contractors licensed to fit Firestone Building Products single ply roofing membranes.
EBL Group managing director Eddie Basnett and roofing director Jonathan Basnett were presented with a plaque in recognition of their licensed contractor status at a day of celebrations at The Mere Golf Resort and Spa in Knutsford.
Mr Basnett said: “Our national roofing division is a core part of the business and we’ve been using membrane technology for 30 years because it’s the best thing for our customers. “This recognition comes at a time when we’ve never been busier.”
The event was an opportunity to update roofing contractors on the latest news and ongoing success of Firestone’s commercial roofing systems and enjoy some golf.
