A RUNCORN drug dealer has been jailed for three years.
Macauley Ireland, of Caesars Close, Castlefields, was sentenced by Judge Nicholas Woodward at Chester Crown Court on Monday.
He was convicted of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, heroin and cocaine.
The 19-year-old was arrested by police following a raid at a property on Winwick Road, Warrington on March 4.
A total of £816 worth of cash was seized as well as £850 worth of crack cocaine and heroin.
Sgt Paul Flynn said: "Those who push drugs will be identified, targeted and brought to justice.
"This is a matter we take seriously at Cheshire Police and we rely on the public to supply information to help catch the perpetrators who are a blight on the communities where we live.
"Drugs supply and the potential consequences are far-reaching and devastating and this is an issue that we are determined to combat."
Ireland must forfeit £897 to the Chief Constable of Cheshire and an order was made to destroy all the drugs.
