FORMER Northwich Victoria football club owner James Rushe will not be sentenced today, following a last minute postponement.
Rushe, 54, of Runcorn Road, Moore, was found guilty of conspiring to supply class A drugs last month following a two week trial at Liverpool Crown Court.
A jury found him guilty of the charge along with Mark Fishwick, 47, from Preston.
He was due to be sentenced today, Friday, at Chester Crown Court but a last minute change has meant the court hearing had to be postponed.
A reason for the postponement was not given.
A new date has also yet to be confirmed by the court service.
A judge warned the pair when they were convicted that they face a jail term.
Recorder Simon Medland QC told them: "You have been convicted of a mightily serious offence which means I will send you both the prison for a long time."
