Plans approved for Widnes falcon centre
PLANS have been approved for a falcon rehabilitation centre at White Moss Nursery and Garden Centre on South Lane.
The application, which includes log cabin education and visitors centre replacing a children's play area, was given the green light by Warrington Borough Council due to the close proximity with Penketh.
Conditions to the approval include the centre only being open to the public between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays and the business must also hold a zoo licence.
