A FAMILY coach firm has won Cheshire High Sheriff’s enterprise award for corporate social responsibility for the second time.
Anthony’s Travel from Runcorn received the prestigious accolade at Chester Town Hall on March 26.
The company, which supports countless charities, has pledged to donate their £3,000 prize money to more good causes.
Partner Richard Bamber said: “As a family business that is proud to be from Cheshire, employing a local workforce, our ethos has always been to give back to the community.
“Each charity and good cause we partner enhances Halton so with the additional funding we can offer them even more support.”
High Sheriff Susan Sellars said: “Anthony’s Travel is a very worthy winner.
“It is a company that over many years has consistently demonstrated its commitment to its local community and making it a better place, a great example of business and philanthropy working side by side.”
