CHILDREN enjoyed a festive panto at Victoria Road Primary School in Runcorn.

Aladdin Trouble was hailed a huge success.

Cian Threlfall played the kind-hearted princess, Frankie Littler was the go-getting princess, Natalie Nosal was the evil villain and Zach Davies played the pantomime dame.

Head teacher Sue Taylor said: “The audience was humming the tunes all the way home after being treated to an amazing performance with a few hisses, boos, and of course the 'it's behind you'.

“However, the true meaning of Christmas was portrayed beautifully in our wonderful traditional nativity at St Michael’s Church.”
