KEEP fit enthusiasts are donating treats to help sick children in hospital celebrate halloween.
PureGym members in Runcorn and Widnes are being asked to bring in a bag of sweets in return for a free day pass that they can give to a relative or friend.
The collection ends on October 31 when staff will take the sweets to Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and Halton Haven Hospice.
Ria McRobbie, manager of Runcorn PureGym, said: “This is a great initiative and we really hope the community get behind it as much as possible.”
The PureGym day pass can be redeemed until October 31 and will provide visitors access to 220 pieces of equipment and various classes.
