POLICE are concerned about a vulnerable missing man from Hastings who may have travelled to family and friends in Runcorn.

David Harrington, aged 58, is thought to have nothing with him other than a maroon-and-grey tent with yellow guy lines and a head torch.

He was last seen at about 10pm on Tuesday, October 14 in Hastings.

He is thought to be wearing a blue padded coat with a Union Jack and the words ‘Fox and Scott’ on the right sleeve, black jeans ands black boots.

David has family in Runcorn and Frodsham and used to live in Barnsley, West Yorkshire.

He is vulnerable and his disappearance uncharacteristic.

PC Toby Spires, of Hastings Neighbourhood Response Team, said: "We are very concerned for him and urge him to get in touch to say he is safe and well.”
