A CALENDAR has been printed to mark Runcorn being in existence for 1,100 years next year.
It depicts 12 paintings of the town through the ages by the local artists.
The calendar was designed and produced by Murdishaw Arts Cooperative and printed by Halton Print.
A limited run of only 500 copies have been published to raise funds for Halton Autistic Family Support Group (HAFS).
Ciaran Shanahan, the charity’s development manager, said: “ We would like to thank Murdishaw Arts Cooperative and in particular John Glennard, who have raised the funds to put this together to support the families of HAFS.
“ I am sure that this piece of local history, beautiful paintings and a 2015 calendar will be snapped up quickly and will make ideal Christmas presents.”
The calendars priced £3 are available from the HAFS Charity Shop 9-11 High Street, Runcorn.
