Halton community organisations, businesses, and schools are invited to apply for specialist support through the Merseylink time bank.
The company which is building the new £600 million Mersey Gateway is launching the second round of its unique scheme.
Successful applicants will receive expert financial, construction and engineering advice from a Merseylink partner.
Hugh O'Connor, general manager at Merseylink, said: "The time bank initiative has been designed to provide long-term benefits to the people of Halton.”
West Bank Community Centre, Daresbury Primary School, Riverside College, Milner Church Institute and local the Mersey Gateway Environmental Trust won support in the first round.
