Through interpretation, demonstration and display, the Cheshire Levy showed visitors how skills and equipment would have been used.
A reverend mother was joined in the undercroft of the 900-year- old monastery ruins by star the greyhound, Adam Povey, an archer and Paul Garden, an apothecary and surgeon.
Susan Brownrigg from Norton Priory said: "They talked to visitors in character."
They will be returning on September 21 and 22, October 4 and 5 and October 26.
