Tesco distribution centre in Widnes hosts charity fun day and Stobart truck fest
A CHARITY fun day and Stobart truck fest is being held at the WidnesTesco distribution centre from 12 noon on Saturday, August 30.
There will be plenty of activities and entertainment.
A mini railway, dancers, bouncy castle, talent show, car boot sale, stalls and a disco are among the many attractions.
Eddie Stobart fans will be able to meet drivers and see a selection of the company's famous trucks.
Tesco employee William Kelley said: "We are hoping to make it our biggest and best charity fun day to date."
Staff are raising funds for Diabetes UK.
The distribution centre is in Desoto Road on the West Bank dock estate WA8 0PB.
