CATERING students are celebrating success after picking up awards.
The level three catering students at Riverside College picked up Competence to Excellence certificates which are given to exceptional students who have shown a high standard throughout their studies.
Liam Doyle, Kayleigh Owen, Jack Turner, Olivia Foulkes and John Ellis all received the award after displaying outstanding dedication, enthusiasm and skill during their vocational training at Riverside, often going above and beyond the course requirements.
Head of school, Diane White, said: "We feel it is important to recognise the commitment and hard work our students have demonstrated during their time at Riverside.
“We hope this will encourage progressing students to work hard and aim high so they may also receive the Competence to Excellence certificate next year.”
