A VICTORIAN fair is being held in Runcorn to celebrate 150 years of worship at St John’s Church in Weston.
The free event runs from 10.30am to 4pm on Saturday, June 28.
Visitors will be able to step back in time and enjoy a horse and trap ride round the village.
Old swing boats and sideshows will capture a past era as stalls and sideshows provide plenty of fun and entertainment.
Refreshments will be available.
Pupils from Cavendish and Weston schools are taking part and children from Victoria Music, a community choir will be performing.
A classic car show takes place at Grangeside Garage in Weston Road.
Homemade cakes and homegrown fruits and vegetables will be on display in a mini horticultural show.
Runcorn Historical Society is staging an exhibition in St John’s Church.
