A CAR boot sale is being held to help fund a charity mission to Africa.

Pupils at Bankfield School are hoping to do voluntary work in Kenya.

Deputy head Julia Flavin is organising the trip.

To help raise funds, a car boot sale is being held on Sunday, June 29, at the school in Liverpool Road, Widnes.

It opens at 9am. Admission is free.

Anyone wishing to book a pitch can call the school on 0151 424 5038. Cars will be charged £5 and vans £10.
