Police appeal after cyclist dies in Widnes
POLICE are appealing for information after a cyclist was killed following a collision in Widnes yesterday.
The collision happened at 4.12pm in Birchfield Road on Thursday, June 12, and involved two cars and a cyclist.
The 33 year-old cyclist died at the scene.
Enquiries are ongoing and police are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident.
Anyone with any information should contact Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 675 of 12 June 2014.
