TWO sisters have embarked on a new career after quitting their jobs at Runcorn’s 02 call centre last year.
Kim Osborn, aged 29, from Runcorn, and her sister Nicola Faizy, aged 26, from Latchford, have set up Bella Chic Furniture store in Knutsford Road, Latchford.
Their business sees them upcycling furniture and as well as sourcing their own materials can also redesign homeowners own furniture to give it a new lease of life.
Kim, from York Street, said: “We decided to turn our hobby and passion into a career.
“We started late last year and had the business established in February renting a small unit at Winwick Quay and it’s grown from there.”
They are also offering crafts people the chance to sell their work and have a range of goods including driftwood furniture, photographs, picture frames, bunting and soft furnishings.
