A SKIP fire damaged a house in Runcorn yesterday.
Firefighters put out the blaze in High Street in the old town shortly after 7.30pm on Bank Holiday Monday.
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said:”Firefighters used one hose reel and a main jet to extinguish a skip fire. “The blaze caused also heat damage to a house.”
