ANCIENT Norton Priory Museum is to host its first ever murder mystery evening.
Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) student Jessica O’Brien is staging on a spine-tingling chiller on Saturday, May 10, in the grounds of the 900-year-old former monastery.
Norton Priory director Frank Hargrave said: “This is a great experience for the students from LIPA to show off their talents as they host a night of murderous machinations and melodrama.
“People will be invited to investigate the clues and question the suspects before the murderer strikes again.”
The drama will unfold at a retirement party for the boss of a solicitor’s firm when someone is prepared to take extreme measures for promotion.
Guests are encouraged to dress up to join the intrigue.
Drama students will be joined by amateur murder mystery actors.
Tickets, priced £15, include a light buffet and drinks. The event is for over 18s only.
Bookings can be made at nortonpriory.org.
