RUNCORN families have moved into 23 new homes in Runcorn.
A further 10 are due to be completed in Linkway by the end of April.
It is the biggest general housing scheme developed by Halton Housing Trust.
It includes three two bedroom bungalows, 18 two bedroom houses and 12 three bedroom houses.
Paul Mullane, the trust’s director of development and investment said: “There is a high demand for affordable housing in this area and this development provides a choice of good quality homes at affordable rents."
Halton Clr Mark Dennett and trust board member, said: “I was delighted to visit these new homes and find out more about this investment.
“It was great to see customers had already moved in. I am looking forward to the scheme moving forward in the coming months providing a diverse mix of accommodation that fully meets the needs of our customers.”
