Youngsters celebrate the grand final of their Brazian World Cup themed soccer camp
YOUNGSTERS have enjoyed a Brazilian World Cup themed soccer camp in Runcorn.
More than 120 girls and boys aged 11 to 14, have been competing in mock worldwide knockouts with team names such as Brazil, Spain, Germany and England..
The 12-week tournament, at Brookvale Recreation Centre every Friday evening, is part of Halton Council's strategy to involve young people in positive activities.
David Todd of Active Soccer Halton, an FA-qualified coach, ran the soccer camp.
