THIS eight-month-old pup brightens up the lives of her owners Lynn and Mark Ramsden.

The couple, of Chadwick Park, Widnes, nominated Connie, a rescue puppy from Merseyside Dogs Trust, for pet of the week.

Lynn said: “She is a sweetheart and has been with us since she was 11 weeks old.

"She replaced our previous dog Meg who was 14 when she died last year, so Connie has been our little ray of sunshine.”
